Return/Cancellation Policy
Payment for our services (including but not limited to entertainment, instructional & event planning) are due upon reservation.
Credit/debit card payments are accepted through our website. Arrangements may also be made to pay Barefoot Adventures directly by cash, check or electronic transfer/payment app.
An itemized invoice with link and detailed payment instructions will be provided during booking process.
Payment for services apply only to the date/duration stipulated on your invoice.
Digital & physical product purchases are nonrefundable, as they contain intellectual property.
Unless alternate arrangements are worked out & agreed upon in writing upon booking,
the following cancellation policy applies to all services & reservations:
If your party/event is cancelled...
*more than 4 weeks prior, you may receive a refund or reschedule, less 50% deposit
*within 4 weeks, your payment may be applied to a future date, less 50% deposit
*within 24 hours, full payment is due & no refund or credit applies
If your event is being held outdoors, and could be affected by inclement weather, the following options are available:
*Barefoot Adventures will accommodate moving to an indoor space (we will adjust itinerary if necessary, and provide alternate activities that can be facilitated indoors)
*A specific RAIN DATE can be scheduled upon booking, for an additional fee of half the total event fee (because you are reserving two dates on the calendar). If the first date is cancelled, we move our services to the second date.
*Weather insurance can be purchased upon booking for a flat fee of $400. Event can be cancelled up to the start time, and will be rescheduled for a future agreeable date. The entire payment, including deposit will apply to the rescheduled date.
